三、调整法

原理:通过调整螺钉位置或改变校正重量半径来实现平衡。

步骤:根据测量得到的不平衡量和相位角,计算需要调整的螺钉位置或校正重量半径。

进行相应的调整操作,直到满足平衡条件。

四、平衡盘法

原理:在转子上安装一个平衡盘,通过移动平衡盘上的平衡块来实现平衡。

步骤:在需要经常进行不平衡量校正的转子上安装一个平衡盘。在平衡盘上加工出梯形槽或其他形状的槽,用于放入附加平衡块。根据测量得到的不平衡量和相位角,计算平衡块应放置的位置。将平衡块移动到相应的位置,直到满足平衡条件。

五、热补偿法

原理:通过对转子局部加热来调整工件装配状态,以达到平衡效果。

步骤:确定需要加热的位置和加热量。使用加热设备对指定位置进行加热,直到满足平衡条件。需要注意的是,这种方法在全自动平衡机的校正中可能不是主流方法,因为它需要额外的加热设备和控制手段。
